Australia Post is aiming to employ more Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples to the orgnanisation. Cox Inall Ridgeway were engaged to create an authentic and sustainable employment initiative to support this aim, targeting potential Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.
Cox Inall Ridgeway worked with our key partner agencies, and Indigenous owned businesses, Marcus Lee Design and Film Biographies, to help Australia Post achieve this through the development of:
- Video case studies
- Online social media and promotion of opportunities and benefits of working for Australia Post
- An employee referral program
- Year round advertising that will increase awareness of employment specific to this demographic.
The outcomes of the project include more awareness of Australia Post as an employer of choice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as well as increased employment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples working for Australia Post.
