Marlesha Havea - Cox Inall Ridgeway

Cox Inall Ridgeway is a registered employer under the Australian Government’s Indigenous Cadetship Support (ICS) program.

Since 2010, we have had three Indigenous cadets become members of our team – studying a range of courses (Social Inquiry; Arts / Law; Aboriginal Education).

We structure the work program to suit the needs of each cadet.

Once the cadets finish their degree, they are offered a full-time position at Cox Inall Ridgeway.

We are currently seeking to fill two cadetship positions: one cadetship in graphic design, and one cadetship in web design.  These cadets will work in partnership with our parent agency BWM to gain practical experience in their trade.  The cadets will have the opportunity to work on Indigenous and mainstream projects, plus get the experience of working with one of Australia’s most exciting advertising agencies.

The cadetships would suit someone who is fun, talented and creative and are passionate about producing great work which appeals to Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.

Working hours would be tailored to the right person with timing flexible to accommodate university timetables and holidays.

If you are interested in either of these positions, or know someone who might be, please email us at for a full position description.
