Hayley Ward

Senior Consultant

Hayley has an extensive background of working within the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector in New South Wales (NSW). Specialising in the area of Quality, Accreditation and Governance.

Hayley has worked closely with Aboriginal Medical Services throughout NSW in order to support them through the process of accreditation across a number of quality frameworks for both Clinical and Organisational accreditation.

During her years of working within the sector, Hayley has also worked on  bespoke projects in the area of Health, Social and Emotional Wellbeing and Business Development, working closely with Aboriginal Medical Services, State Affiliates, Federal and State departments, corporates and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Hayley has an eclectic background offering a versatile range of talents. Hayley’s early career started in Outdoor Advertising, developing strong Administration and Project Management skills, followed by many years in Film and Television Publishing working within the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) World Wide in the role of Marketing Manager; having advanced her career from Product Management through to Marketing Manager.

Hayley’s previous experiences bring creativity and adaptability, she is innovative and is an abstract thinker, she has excellent client relations skills and a proven ability to deliver profile projects.

Hayley spent a number of years working as a Lifeline Telephone Counsellor and has completed various counselling and specialised training courses including Mental Health and Suicide First Aid training; training that has assisted in areas of sensitivity and in developing interviewing techniques.

Hayley’s experience in Film and Television Publishing has enabled her to manage the creative aspects of project requirements and she comes with extensive creative and writing experiences across a number of formats, including writing creatively for Film and TV products and marketing materials, as well as in the more formal report writing settings.
