Janine is a Gamilaroi woman who was born and grew up in a large Aboriginal community in Moree, North West NSW. She has strong professional and family links in Aboriginal communities across NSW.
Janine is a Senior Consultant at Cox Inall Ridgeway. Since she has joined the team, she has managed and worked closely on projects with the Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, SBS and NITV, Australian Taxation Office, Dad and Partner Pay, The George Institute, Transport for NSW and Cancer Australia.
Janine is currently managing a number of projects for the following clients; DisabilityCare Australia and Cancer Institute NSW.
– Bachelor of Education (Secondary), majoring in Indigenous Studies and minors in Careers Education and Information Technology (Computers).
– Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
– Certificate 4 in Indigenous Research & Capacity Building
– Business Administration Certificate II.

SKILLS & PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE : Prior to joining Cox Inall Ridgeway Janine was on a six month secondment to the NSW Office of Aboriginal Affairs as Principal Policy Officer – Child Sexual Assault. Janine also has twelve years experience in teaching, education, employment programs and social policy in Aboriginal communities.
Janine has held various positions within education and employment including Aboriginal languages and Aboriginal studies project officer in the NSW Department of Education and Communities. She is a qualified classroom teacher and careers advisor and has taught in NSW country schools before taking on senior roles in developing and implementing employment and retention strategies for Aboriginal people with the NSW Department of Education and Communities and the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority.
